The Opportunity
- Lead global procurement strategy across Professional Services, Management Consultancy, Legal Services and wider Consulting spend.
- Manage significant global spend, developing category strategies and leading complex, high-value negotiations.
- Build strategic relationships with major global consultancies and professional services providers.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across international business units to drive commercial value and supplier innovation.
- Play a key role in the continued evolution of a procurement function moving towards a genuinely best-in-class operating model.
What They're Looking For
- Strong Professional Services and Consultancy Procurement experience, ideally within large multinational organisations.
- Proven experience managing global categories, significant spend portfolios and complex strategic sourcing programmes.
- A background working for major blue-chip organisations with sophisticated procurement functions.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, supplier relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- An ambitious, commercially astute individual with the credibility and drive to progress into more senior procurement leadership positions.
