Arla Foods is seeking a Global Product Coordinator to join our Global Product Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. Acting as the operational backbone of Global Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in turning approved business decisions into successful product and packaging implementations.

Key responsibilities include;
- Coordinate the successful delivery of product launches, packaging changes, assortment updates and product lifecycle activities, ensuring implementation plans are executed on time and key milestones are achieved in close collaboration with the Global Product Manager.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, including new product development, product transfers, dairy volume shifts, contingency initiatives and product maintenance activities, driving alignment across stakeholders throughout the process.
- Manage artwork and packaging implementation activities, coordinating printers, suppliers, dairies and packaging partners to ensure accurate approvals, seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Act as the operational gatekeeper for product and packaging implementation, validating project information, ensuring feasibility assessments are completed, maintaining stakeholder alignment and driving execution through business systems and project management tools.
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS and Global Product Administration teams, providing product and packaging expertise, supporting master data governance and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
