What You'll Do
As Global Product Director – CT Workspace, you will lead the CT Workspace squad within the CT GenAI portfolio, shaping how BCG’s case teams access and use enterprise GenAI products in their day-to-day work. You will own a portfolio that includes enterprise SaaS products such as ChatGPT and Claude, BCG’s AI Workbench, and the management of AI consumption across the organization.
You will set the product direction and translate evolving business needs, user insights, technology capabilities, and consumption data into clear priorities. Leading a team of direct reports and a broader cross-functional squad, you will work closely with senior leaders across BCG to drive adoption, manage investment and consumption, and ensure the portfolio delivers measurable value for case teams and the firm.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
- Lead a high-impact and fast-paced squad managing tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, ClaudeAI, and internally built tools supporting our GenAI agenda.
- Enable the organization’s new way of working, modelling behaviours to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance of the CT Workspace product portfolio.
- Lead enterprise adoption and value realization for GenAI products, including ChatGPT, Claude, and AI Workbench.
- Own AI consumption management, using data and insights to guide usage, investment, and optimization decisions.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, aligning priorities and navigating complex, competing business needs.
- Use employee insights, product analytics, and performance measures to prioritize improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead, develop, and empower direct reports and cross-functional squad members to deliver against clear priorities.
- Partner across technology, security, legal, change, and business teams to deliver trusted, scalable GenAI experiences.
- Anticipate emerging GenAI capabilities and changing user needs, translating them into opportunities for CT Workspace.

What You'll Bring
- 10-12+ years of relevant experience, including significant enterprise product leadership.
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, enterprise SaaS products, and their evolving capabilities.
- Experience leading complex product portfolios using Agile ways of working to deliver clear roadmaps and outcomes.
- Strong senior stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence decisions and align competing priorities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including using adoption, consumption, and performance insights to guide investment.
- Demonstrated people leadership, developing teams while creating clarity, accountability, and an inclusive environment.
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills, with confidence navigating ambiguity and enterprise-scale change.

Who You'll Work With
You will lead the CT Workspace team within the broader CT GenAI portfolio, working across BCG to deliver an integrated enterprise GenAI experience for case teams. You will work closely with:
- CT and IT leadership to align product strategy, investment, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- CT GenAI portfolio leadership to translate portfolio objectives and OKRs into CT Workspace roadmaps, priorities, and product outcomes.
- Product leaders and teams across portfolios to align roadmaps and OKRs, manage dependencies, and coordinate shared capabilities and experiences.
- Your direct reports and cross-functional squad to set priorities, manage the product backlog, and deliver against agreed roadmaps and outcomes.
- Legal, Risk, and Security teams to support the responsible, secure, and appropriate use of enterprise GenAI products.
- Finance, Procurement, and technology partners to manage vendors, investment, AI consumption, and the effective operation of enterprise SaaS products.
- BCG employees and case teams to understand evolving needs, adoption patterns, and feedback and translate those insights into product priorities.

- Working in the Office: This is a hybrid role - roughly half time in the office.
