Through strategic product leadership, customer engagement, and data-driven decision making, you will lead a cross-functional squad to continuously evolve a portfolio of 20+ global products that enable BCG's consultants and business teams to deliver their best work.

  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for BCG's global Productivity Tools portfolio, ensuring alignment with Tech@BCG priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Lead the evolution of productivity products across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms, balancing strategic investment with operational stability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric product culture by engaging regularly with consultants, business functions, leadership, and support teams to understand user needs, validate assumptions, gather feedback, and translate insights into a prioritized product backlog and roadmap.

  • Champion automation across product lifecycle management, software governance, license optimization, deployment, operational processes, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities including product updates, release management, vendor engagement, compatibility planning, platform modernization, and strategic technology adoption.
  • Provide product leadership for a multidisciplinary squad of approximately 10 professionals while directly managing a Product Analyst, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous development across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
