We are partnering with a highly successful international organisation to appoint a Global Product & Segment Manager. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for driving growth, shaping market strategy, and influencing the future direction of a globally significant business area.
Working within a complex international environment, you will combine strategic marketing, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership to identify where future opportunities exist and how the business can best capture them.

About the role:
This is a varied and highly visible role where you will:
- Develop and deliver market and growth strategies.
- Lead customer segmentation and market prioritisation activities.
- Manage product lifecycle and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
- Support new product introduction projects.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity.
- Build compelling value propositions and business cases.
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders globally.
- Influence strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.

Experience / Skills
We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within strategic marketing, product marketing, or product management roles.
- Strong market analysis and commercial planning capability.
- Experience managing products, portfolios, or propositions.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience operating within a matrix or international organisation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset.
Candidates from product-led or manufacturing environments will be considered.
