Our client is a global engineering and technology organisation with a strong international presence and a market-leading position within its sector.

As part of an ongoing investment in customer lifecycle solutions and recurring revenue growth, they are seeking a Global Product Manager to own and develop a portfolio of service-based offerings that support customers throughout the lifecycle of installed equipment and assets.

The Opportunity

This is a commercially focused global role responsible for defining, developing and growing service plans and lifecycle offerings that deliver long-term customer value while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Working closely with sales, service, engineering and commercial teams, you will identify opportunities across the installed customer base, develop compelling service propositions and ensure offerings remain competitive, profitable and aligned to customer needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in service commercialisation, aftermarket products, maintenance programmes or recurring revenue solutions to make a significant impact within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of service plans and lifecycle offerings.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap and growth plans for service-based propositions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption, retention and recurring revenue.
  • Analyse installed-base data, customer feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop new support, maintenance and lifecycle service propositions.
  • Build business cases and support investment decisions for new offerings.
  • Define pricing, packaging and positioning strategies.
  • Work closely with global sales, service and engineering teams to drive commercial success.
  • Support go-to-market activities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and implement actions to improve growth, profitability and customer value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
