Job Opportunity: Global Product Manager
We are currently looking for a Global Product Manager to join us at our facility in Wellingborough, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for fillers, coatings, and aerosol products, from concept and development to launch, updates, and phase-out.
- Lead cross-functional project management for new product development (NPD), ensuring timely delivery using the StageGate process.
- Analyze sales performance and profitability using internal master data and reports, taking proactive steps to meet commercial targets.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand teams to align product strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Drive pricing, category management, and compliance strategies to support product positioning and competitiveness in the market.
- Gather and apply market intelligence and end-user insights to inform product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage changes to existing products, including cost-saving initiatives, reformulations, and packaging updates, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Oversee artwork and labeling accuracy, working with design teams to ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
- Support sales enablement by developing product materials, data sheets, and promotional content in collaboration with commercial teams.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product or Project Management.
- Educated in a Business and/or Science-based degree. (Desirable not essential)
- Proficient in the English language.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen with proven project delivery. Ability to engage and lead others and manage complex projects.
- Excellent IT, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Skills:

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workload
- Highly organized and efficient
