An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join an established and growing medical technology organisation, with responsibility for shaping the strategy and development of a global portfolio spanning both hardware and software solutions.
Main Purpose
The Global Product Manager will provide strategic product leadership across the portfolio, translating customer and user insight into product direction, managing the product roadmap and requirements, and working closely with technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial teams to support successful product development and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the global product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives.
- Translate customer, user and clinical insight into clear product strategies, requirements and development priorities.
- Manage product requirements across both hardware and software, working closely with technical and operational teams.
- Lead cross functional collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing and Commercial functions.
- Support product development, launch readiness and lifecycle activities from concept through to release, optimisation and retirement.

Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics or a related regulated environment.
- Proven experience managing both hardware and software products, ideally within a connected or technology enabled product portfolio.
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements management and product lifecycle planning.
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs, clinical workflows and technical considerations into clear product direction.
