SoftwareOne is looking for a Global Product Manager – Data & AI to drive the strategy, development, and go-to-market success of our Data & AI portfolio. Working within our global Data & AI Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in defining differentiated offerings, shaping delivery standards, and helping customers adopt AI responsibly across a diverse ecosystem of technologies and platforms. This is an opportunity to influence our Data & AI vision while collaborating with vendors, partners, sales teams, and delivery experts around the world.
The Role
- Define and evolve SoftwareOne's global Data & AI portfolio, creating scalable, repeatable solutions that deliver measurable customer outcomes
- Drive innovation across AI, analytics, data platforms, automation, and emerging technologies, translating market demand into commercial offerings
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies, enabling sales and presales teams with clear messaging, tools, and value propositions
- Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and accelerators that support consistent, high-quality implementation across regions
- Build strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors to align roadmaps, leverage innovation, and strengthen SoftwareOne's market position
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally, representing SoftwareOne through customer engagements, industry events, and community initiatives

Job Requirements
- Strong product management experience with a track record of developing and scaling technology solutions in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud environments
- Deep understanding of modern Data & AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, analytics platforms, data architectures, and automation capabilities
- Experience defining go-to-market strategies and working closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams in a matrix organisation
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into profitable services and solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical, business, and executive audiences
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, securely, and at scale
