About the Role
You’ve spent years in MedTech or Pharma product marketing, and you’re ready to have more say in what happens next. You want ownership of a global portfolio, closer involvement in strategic decisions, and the chance to shape how products are positioned and grown across international markets.
As Global Product Manager, you’ll lead the marketing strategy for your portfolio, working closely with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and regional teams to turn insight into action. You’ll balance the bigger picture with the detail, making sure product plans are commercially strong, clinically relevant, and aligned across markets.
Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this is a visible role with real cross-functional influence. If you enjoy bringing teams together, shaping strategy, and seeing your decisions translate into global impact, there’s plenty of scope to make your mark.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
