Global Product Owner (EOR)

The Global Product Owner (EOR) is accountable for the end-to-end success of GoGlobal's Employer of Record (EOR) service globally. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, this role owns product strategy, commercial performance, operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.

As the senior EOR leader, you will drive growth, client satisfaction, service quality, and scalability while acting as the primary product expert for clients, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will lead Regional Product Owners, Operations Leaders, Outsourcing Control Leads, and the Global Process Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Client Leadership

  • Serve as the senior EOR product authority for clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to support solution design, pricing, proposal development, and business expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth, client retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Define and manage pricing models, service tiers, and commercial guardrails.

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the global EOR product vision, roadmap, operating model, and service catalogue.
  • Define service scope, delivery standards, SLAs, and client experience expectations.
  • Identify market opportunities, regulatory trends, and innovation initiatives that enhance competitiveness and scalability.

Operational Excellence & Delivery

  • Establish global delivery standards across onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, and offboarding.
  • Drive standardization, automation, process improvement, and operational scalability.
  • Lead resolution of critical client escalations and delivery challenges.

Financial Performance

  • Own product-level P&L, including revenue, margin, pricing, and cost-to-serve.
  • Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Optimize delivery models, sourcing strategies, and resource utilization.

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and develop Regional Product Owners, the Global Process Manager, Operations Leaders, and Outsourcing Control Leads.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Ensure alignment between global standards and regional requirements.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Own global compliance across employment, payroll, tax, labor law, and worker classification requirements.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • Maintain effective governance, controls, audit readiness, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Law, International Business, or related discipline.
  • 12+ years' experience in EOR, global employment, workforce solutions, payroll, HR outsourcing, or related services.
  • 5+ years leading a global product, service line, or business unit with end-to-end accountability.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth, client retention, and service-line profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment, payroll, labor law, worker classification, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience leading senior teams across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Strong commercial, client-facing, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred

  • Experience as a Head of EOR, Product Owner, Service Line Leader, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Track record of scaling global EOR operations, transformation programs, or operating model redesign.
  • Knowledge of HR technology, workforce platforms, and digital service delivery.
  • Experience with post-acquisition integration and international business expansion.
  • Relevant professional certifications in HR, Payroll, Employment Law, or Business Management.
