Global Product & Supplier Marketing Manager (Passive Components)

Location: Leeds, LS12 2TU (Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site)

Farnell is a global leader in electronic components, products and solutions, helping engineers and innovators bring ideas to life. We're looking for a Global Product & Supplier Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Passive Components portfolio, working alongside some of the industry's most recognised supplier brands.

This is a highly visible and commercially impactful role with responsibility for shaping global supplier and product marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and supporting revenue growth across multiple international markets. You'll work closely with suppliers, product teams, regional marketers and commercial stakeholders to deliver innovative go-to-market initiatives that strengthen market share, increase customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is excited by the opportunity to influence global marketing performance within a fast-paced technology environment.

What will you be doing?

  • The role will be specifically focused on our key strategic supplier brands and product segments, ensuring new product introductions and subsequent sell through plans for the product segment globally and deliver agreed performance success metrics.
  • Develop and deliver global supplier and product marketing strategies that support sales, profit and customer growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers, understanding their technologies, market position and growth opportunities.
  • Create and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, eCommerce, social and content platforms.
  • Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with broader business goals.
  • Drive supplier marketing value and income targets while maximising return on marketing investments.
  • Translate market, customer and competitive insights into compelling marketing propositions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage campaign planning, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Review and enhance marketing content to ensure an engaging and high-quality customer experience across all channels.

What about you?

  • Experience in product marketing, supplier marketing or B2B marketing, ideally within a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including online campaigns, search marketing, social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working within a global, matrix organisation and collaborating across different functions and regions.
  • Confident building relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional content and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Global marketing experience.
  • Experience within distribution, technology, electronics or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of passive components or electronic components markets.
  • Experience working with online communities and customer engagement platforms.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
