• Solid drug development and potentially commercial experience, and a proven track record of driving comprehensive program strategies.

Working Conditions

• The position offers an outstanding opportunity to influence R&D across many therapeutic areas and requires interactions with partners across the organization, including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial organizations.
• The ideal candidate will be an independent team worker, comfortable in environments of ambiguity and collaboration where authority and accountability are distributed, and advice-seeking is foundational.
• The role involves working out loud and embracing principles of iteration and experimentation.
• This role is based onsite at our Welwyn, United Kingdom office. Our team follows a hybrid work structure, requiring a fixed number of onsite days per week.
