We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to manage critical marketplace opportunities, streamline deal approvals, and maintain vital pipeline visibility. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering key business projects, leveraging your strong program and operational management skills alongside advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities. You’ll be the go-to expert, using powerful tools like Excel, Salesforce/CRM, and Power BI to generate accurate insights that directly inform and support crucial business decisions, impacting our global reach and revenue. Given the global nature of this position, your flexibility in working hours will be key to supporting our diverse stakeholders across various time zones, ensuring our operations run smoothly around the clock.

What You Will Do

  • Review and manage marketplace opportunity submissions, providing expert guidance on deal structures and approval requirements.
  • Communicate consistently with Sales teams and Partner Managers to ensure uniform application of processes and policies.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
  • Communicate approval decisions clearly and promptly to Sales Account Teams and Partner Managers.
  • Proactively review the marketplace pipeline to identify opportunities suitable for marketplace procurement.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce/CRM records, including identifying deals with Enterprise Agreements and ensuring robust data hygiene to support accurate Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Utilize Excel, including VLOOKUP and other advanced reporting techniques, to analyze data and support critical operational decision-making.
  • Implement project plans and manage enhancements, business processes, and queries related to Salesforce and other associated applications.
  • Track progress and ensure the successful completion of product listings across various Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Prepare compelling communications for Sales and management, including recurring newsletters that cover in-quarter deal status, recent deal wins, and relevant resources.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers and request new private offers as required for one-time payments.
  • Monitor contract end dates and ensure private offers are closed at the end of the third contract year or when the relevant contract concludes.

As Part Of The Wider Team, You Will Also Provide Essential Operational And Administrative Support To Ensure The Smooth Running Of The Program, Including

  • Creating and maintaining online forms using Microsoft Forms.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new hires by adding them to distribution lists, recurring meetings, and system accounts.
  • Managing Microsoft Teams members, channels, and access permissions.
  • Monitoring the team Outlook mailbox and directing inquiries to the appropriate team for follow-up or action.
  • Managing and curating Sales collateral and enablement materials on internal platforms.
  • Maintaining team organization charts and presentation materials.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the team and an external content design vendor for presentation requests, including communicating priorities for urgent or overnight projects, reviewing instructions for clarity, and notifying requestors when work is complete.
  • Supporting general Sales operations, responding to support requests, and helping resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP), Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, or similar reporting and data-visualization tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to document processes, implement tasks, track progress, and ensure completion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an exceptional level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Forms. Experience with Slack or similar collaboration tools is also beneficial.
  • A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach, coupled with a willingness to embrace new ideas and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • The ability to multitask effectively, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • A customer-service-oriented approach and a steadfast commitment to providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
  • Experience supporting Sales teams, managing operational queries, or working with processes and business systems.
  • The ability and willingness to work flexibly across different time zones to support a global team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a related field is preferred.
