Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Partner Managers, and a broad range of cross-functional teams to manage Marketplace opportunities, support deal approvals, maintain pipeline visibility, and deliver key business projects. You will combine strong programme and operational management skills with data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Salesforce/CRM, and Power BI to provide accurate insights and support business decisions.

As this is a global role, flexibility in working hours is required to support stakeholders across different time zones.

You will:

  • Ensure transactions comply with client's internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
  • Communicate approval decisions to Sales Account Teams and Partner Managers.
  • Review the Marketplace pipeline and identify opportunities suitable for Marketplace procurement.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce/CRM records, including identifying deals with Enterprise Agreements and ensuring strong data hygiene to support accurate Power BI reporting and dashboards.

  • Implement project plans and manage enhancements, business processes, and queries relating to Salesforce and other associated applications.
  • Track progress and follow through to completion on product listings across Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Prepare communications for Sales and management, including recurring newsletters covering in-quarter deal status, deal wins, and relevant resources.
  • Work with the Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers and request new private offers when required for one-time payments.
  • Monitor contract end dates and ensure private offers are closed at the end of the third contract year or when the relevant contract ends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
