Global Project Manager

£80,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
Location: London, Hybrid Working

The Advocate Group are delighted to be supporting a leading international FMCG business in the search for a Global Project Manager.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of a newly evolving global project management function, offering the opportunity to lead strategically important initiatives across multiple international markets.

We're looking for an individual who thrives in complexity, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and can drive multiple high-profile projects from concept through to launch.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of innovation, compliance and strategic business projects across international markets.

This is far more than a traditional project coordination role. You'll be expected to lead cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions, influence decision-making and ensure projects deliver maximum business impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
