Global Project Manager

As the Global Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day customer-side delivery of Karndean's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation. Working closely with the Global Programme Director and Columbus Project Manager/Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrated project plan, coordinating activities across regions and workstreams, monitoring progress, risks, costs, and dependencies, and ensuring accountability for key milestones and deliverables.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended to 18 months based on project requirements and business needs.

Success Measures

  • Delivery discipline: Milestones achieved within approved scope and budget, with delays challenged early and recovery actions followed through.
  • Reliable controls: Current plans, RAID, resource allocations, forecasts, and change records provide an accurate delivery position.
  • Effective governance: PMT (Project Management Team) and SteerCo receive timely reporting, with clear decisions, action ownership, and tracked closure.
  • Business readiness: Required testing, training, and transition activities completed, with readiness evidence and agreed sign-offs available for deployment decisions.

How You Will Contribute

As our Global Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering one of Karndean's most significant technology transformation programmes. Leading the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you will bring together teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners across multiple regions to ensure the programme is delivered successfully, efficiently, and with lasting business value.

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global Dynamics 365 CE deployment, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop and manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple countries and business functions.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between Karndean and our implementation partners, driving collaboration and ensuring commitments are delivered.
  • Facilitate project governance, steering committees, workshops, and regular stakeholder updates, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while driving actions through to resolution.
  • Oversee critical deployment activities, including testing, data migration, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage project financials, resource planning, and benefits realisation to ensure the programme delivers maximum value.
  • Partner closely with change and business readiness teams to support user adoption, training, communications, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and change control processes are maintained throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous communication, accountability, and collaboration across global workstreams to achieve successful business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
