Experienced EU-based Respiratory Project Managers
We are looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with:
- Strong respiratory therapeutic expertise, ideally including asthma, COPD, ILD, severe respiratory disease, pulmonary fibrosis, or related indications.
- Experience leading global Phase II and III studies within a CRO or sponsor environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-country clinical trials including oversight of timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and sponsor relationships.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, study start-up, enrollment management, and vendor oversight.
- Experience serving as a primary client contact and leading cross-functional global teams.
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience with operationally overseeing complex respiratory endpoint vendors.
Preferred Experience
- Overall Respiratory expertise including rare respiratory (IPF) and specialized respiratory populations.
- Large global programs with accelerated timelines and high enrollment demands.
- RBQM and risk-based delivery approaches.
- Bid defense, proposal strategy, and client governance experience.
- Previous leadership or mentoring responsibilities for PMs and junior team members.
- Exposure to decentralized, digital, or innovative trial delivery models.

Qualifications (Minimum Required)
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e., nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from an appropriately accredited institution.
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Master’s or other advanced degree.
- PMP certification.
