What You'll Do

This role is a dynamic one, and the responsibilities will be flexible and vary depending on global priorities. The duties of this role will evolve over time, with initial focus on the support of the management team as well as strategic projects.

You Will Be Working Hand-in-hand With The Global And Regional Leadership Team To Define And Realize The TDA Priorities, Including (for Example) Projects Like

  • Prepare MT and LT meetings as well as global townhalls working with your operations team
  • Defining and launching go-to-market strategies and programs to support and build TDA offers across sector squads and markets, building regional proposal desks with KT and collaborating with other PAs
  • Help shape new initiatives for the TDA people agenda, including EVP, career path transfers, L&D
  • Restructure the capability chapters that drive specialized L&D across TDA teams (traditional track, ECT, PLA) to include new chapters
  • Operationalizing the collaboration between TDA and X in career paths, talent management, GTM & leadership teams

In your role you’ll be driving collaboration & partnership initiatives that bring together the people (via for example (leadership) meetings) and expertise to drive bold client propositions.

  • Shaping strategic objectives into well-defined, deliverable project goals and ensuring delivery (either yourself or via a team)
  • Working closely and effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • A creative and divergent thinker, you identify opportunity from the outcomes of existing case work.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred
  • Digital project management experience within a professional services context preferred
  • Experience working in an international and virtual environment
  • Very strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Who You'll Work With

In this role you will partner up with the global TDA & Platinion Leader, the Executive Director and the global leadership teams to help shape, drive and realize the TDA priorities. You will report into the TDA & Platinion Executive Director. There will be a junior operational support to help you drive your objectives.
