BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE
The Global Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Assistant supports the development and execution of global PR, influencer, advocacy and creator marketing activities across our portfolio of EU colour cosmetics brands.
Working closely with the Global PR & Influencer Marketing teams, Brand Marketing, Creativs, external agencies, talent partners and cross-functional teams, this role helps bring culturally relevant brand stories, core product & new product launches and advocacy campaigns to life. The position combines influencer campaign coordination, PR support, trend monitoring, content administration, reporting and operational excellence, ensuring programmes are executed efficiently and consistently across markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to gain experience in global brand building, creator marketing, communications and consumer culture within the beauty industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Relations Support
- Assist with the creation and distribution of press materials, launch information and brand assets.
- Coordinate product samples, press packs and event materials for media and influencer initiatives.
- Support the management of media lists and journalist databases.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular PR reports.
- Assist in maintaining brand messaging consistency across all external communications.
- Support agency relationships and day-to-day project coordination.

Influencer & Creator Marketing Support
- Support the planning and execution of global influencer marketing campaigns across key brand initiatives and launches.
- Assist with influencer identification, benchmarking and community mapping across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and cultural spaces.
- Maintain influencer databases, talent trackers and campaign contact lists.
- Coordinate seeding programmes, product gifting and campaign fulfilment activity.
- Support creator contracting, briefing processes and campaign administration.
- Assist with content collection and organisation from influencers and creators.
- Monitor creator content performance and campaign delivery against agreed KPIs.
Advocacy Campaign Coordination
- Support the execution of global advocacy campaigns from planning through implementation.
- Assist in briefing markets and sharing campaign toolkits and assets.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables across agencies, creators and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign materials are organised and accessible for global and local teams.
- Support campaign reporting and post-launch evaluation.
Culture, Trend & Creator Insight
- Monitor beauty, fashion, entertainment, social media and cultural trends impacting consumers.
- Track emerging creators, platforms and influencer trends to identify future opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and advocacy programme analysis.
- Gather insights from social listening, creator activity, media coverage and consumer behaviour.
- Share regular trend updates and inspiration with the wider marketing team.
Events & Brand Experiences
- Support planning and execution of global PR events, influencer activations and launch experiences.
- Assist with guest list management, logistics and event coordination.
- Help organise product displays, event materials and brand experiences.
- Coordinate event reporting and content capture following activations.

Project & Operational Management
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, budgets and project documents.
- Support invoice processing, purchase orders and agency administration.
- Assist in managing timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports and recommendation documents for senior stakeholders.
Commercial & Performance Support
- Support tracking of influencer, advocacy and PR performance metrics.
- Assist in measuring earned media value, VIT, reach, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews and learning recommendations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Creative Writing, Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion and creator landscape.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in performance measurement and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
