About the Role

A leading international law firm is seeking a Global Revenue & Billing Transformation Lead to drive the standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement of critical billing and master data processes across a complex global environment.

This is a high-profile transformation role reporting into senior leadership, with responsibility for defining and embedding global billing standards, improving process efficiency, enhancing working capital performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will act as the guardian and champion of billing processes globally, working closely with finance, technology, commercial, and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful change, stronger governance, and improved business outcomes.

The Opportunity

This role has been created at a pivotal time within the organisation's transformation journey. With a strong focus on global process harmonisation, billing optimisation, and systems enhancement, you will take ownership of designing and embedding best-practice processes that can be consistently adopted across all international locations.

You will lead a small team of process and systems specialists while partnering with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology functions. The position offers a rare opportunity to shape global standards and influence strategic decision-making within a large and highly regarded international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the global owner, guardian, and champion for billing and master data management processes.
  • Develop, document, and maintain global process standards, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive global standardisation initiatives and ensure consistent process adoption across regions.
  • Lead process improvement, transformation, and automation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with finance systems teams to enhance billing platforms, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Improve billing cycle times, reduce lock-up, and support wider working capital improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with billing teams globally to improve compliance, governance, and operational performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators relating to billing accuracy, cycle times, and overall process effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for billing process issues and risks.
  • Develop training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing frameworks to support sustainable process adoption.
  • Lead a small team of process, systems, and business analysis professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
