Global Revenue Marketing Manager

QAD is seeking a Global Revenue Marketing Manager to own and execute strategic go-to-market campaigns and drive pipeline generation globally. This role is based in EMEA (Spain/UK preferred) and reports to the Director of Revenue Marketing.

This role sits within the Revenue Marketing team and partners closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing and the broader Revenue Marketing organization to set strategy, run integrated campaigns, and deliver pipeline contributions globally.

This role is responsible for deciding and developing both customer and new logo revenue campaigns, focusing on industry-specific campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact across QAD's manufacturing solutions portfolio.

You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and global channel partners to run multi-channel GTM motions, from account-based strategies to broad-based demand generation, executing against the global pipeline plan set in partnership with the Director of Revenue Marketing.

This remote role requires 10–15% travel to represent and align marketing strategies at key industry gatherings, including Champions of Manufacturing (CoM) events, annual Sales Kickoffs, and integrated marketing planning meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Decide and develop customer and new logo revenue campaigns, with a focus on industry-specific campaigns, in partnership with the Director of Revenue Marketing
  • Run strategic GTM motions, including ABM, digital campaigns, and webinars, aligned to global pipeline goals
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns (email, digital, webinars, ABM) targeting priority accounts and segments globally, across both customer and new logo audiences
  • Execute and participate in industry conferences and trade events to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and account engagement globally
  • Support execution of customer events and programs, driving registrations, engagement, and pipeline follow-up
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to align campaigns with territory plans, account priorities, and pipeline targets
  • Work with global channel partners to extend campaign reach and drive co-marketing pipeline contribution
  • Coordinate with the Product Marketing team on shared messaging, positioning, and campaign assets, ensuring consistent global execution
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs tailored to industry and regional market dynamics and buyer behavior
  • Develop segmentation and targeting recommendations by industry, geography, and buying stage
  • Deliver against pipeline and revenue targets (Sales Accepted Opportunities, pipeline contribution) globally
  • Track pipeline performance from campaign inception through to revenue, flagging funnel risks to the Director and Sales
  • Partner with Sales to improve conversion and progression where opportunities are stalling
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and SLA accountability, ensuring timely follow-up, clear stage progression, and accurate data capture across all marketing-generated opportunities
  • Report on weekly campaign performance, recommending spend and optimization adjustments
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps on data, reporting, and campaign execution; maintain dashboards to track pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Work with Localization teams to adapt messaging and GTM programs across global languages and markets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
