This is an opportunity to build Revenue Operations at TGI Sport from the ground up.
As our first Global Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll create the commercial operating model that gives us a consistent view of our customers, pipeline and revenue across a complex global business.
TGI Sport is on an ambitious transformation journey. Through our One TGI programme, we're bringing together multiple businesses, markets and commercial teams into one globally connected organisation. Those businesses generate revenue in different ways, with different customers, products and sales cycles. Your job will be to find the common thread.
Working across our global commercial organisation, alongside Finance, FP&A and our wider transformation team, you’ll define how we manage customers from initial opportunity through to contract, creating consistent commercial disciplines while recognising where individual businesses need to operate differently.
A major part of this will be the introduction of our new company-wide Salesforce CRM. You’ll own the commercial operating model behind the platform: defining the workflows, data, reporting and ways of working we need from it. Working alongside a Salesforce Solutions Architect and our internal technology and data teams, you'll help turn those requirements into a CRM that works for our business.
This isn't a role for someone who simply reports the numbers. We need someone who can get underneath them, challenge them and make sure our commercial leaders have accurate, meaningful information they can use to make decisions.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing senior commercial leaders and building something from scratch, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how TGI Sport operates globally.
Your Mission
- Build and develop our global Revenue Operations capability, creating the commercial disciplines, processes and insight needed to support sustainable growth.
- Design a consistent global commercial operating model across businesses with different products, customers, markets and revenue models.
- Own the commercial requirements for our new Salesforce CRM, working with commercial leaders to define customer journeys, pipeline stages, workflows, data and reporting.
- Work closely with our Salesforce Solutions Architect, data specialists and internal teams as the CRM is designed and implemented.
- Establish Salesforce as a reliable single source of truth for pipeline, customer and commercial data.
- Partner with senior commercial leaders across the business, bringing consistency and constructive challenge to how opportunities and revenue are managed and reported.
- Lead sales forecasting globally, giving Executive and Finance teams accurate visibility of pipeline and expected performance.
- Create meaningful reporting across pipeline health, stage progression, new business, retention, renewals, win/loss conversion, upsell, pricing and customer health.
- Translate complex commercial data into clear Executive-level reporting and actionable insight.
- Establish consistent GTM processes while recognising where different businesses and revenue streams require different approaches.
- Support revenue planning across territories, markets, capacity, quotas and sales targets.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A and HR on wider commercial planning and sales incentive structures.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
