About the Role
A fast-growing global fintech connecting over 1.6 billion users and 90 million merchants across 66 markets. Operating at the intersection of payments, cross-border commerce and embedded finance, the business combines the pace of a scale-up with global reach, offering the opportunity to shape Reward in a high-growth, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in shaping and delivering major strategic Reward projects as the business scales globally
- Design and evolve Total Reward policy to stay competitive, relevant and culturally aligned
- Co-design short- and long-term incentive programmes to motivate and retain top talent across regions
- Own core Total Reward processes: the annual compensation review cycle, benefit launches and ongoing programme enhancements
- Shape market-competitive benefit offerings for a diverse global workforce
- Analyse practices and recommend improvements for fairness, competitiveness and employee engagement, country by country
- Act as the go-to Total Reward expert for HR Business Partners and senior leaders
- Run market surveys, benchmarking and trend analysis to stay ahead of the market

Requirements

- 5+ years managing compensation programmes, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
- Benefits exposure is a strong plus
- Strong grasp of market and talent dynamics across EMEA and the UK
- Deep knowledge of benchmarking approaches and reward trends
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
- Proactive and self-directed, with the confidence to lead, influence and innovate globally
