Global Risk Maps (ArcGIS) Support Engineer

Job Location: London, UK/Onsite

Job Type: Permanent/ Contract

Role Summary

Responsible for administration, monitoring, support, security, and maintenance of the Global Risk Maps (GRM) platform based on ArcGIS and ESRI services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access setup for internal and external users.
  • Monitoring production services in MPI and ESRI Cloud environments to ensure availability.
  • Performing validations following monthly security patching activities.
  • Supporting penetration testing and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Supporting connectivity between MPI environments and ESRI product catalog services.
  • Coordinating ESRI component upgrade activities with vendors.
  • Managing and supporting SSL and DigiCert certificates.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting connectivity with required data sources.
  • Monitoring GRAD accounts used for application services.
  • Supporting availability of GRM Flood Map services in APIM.
  • Monitoring and coordinating with ESRI for SaaS platform issues.
  • Troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors for service unavailability.
  • Supporting validations after ESRI cloud maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Supporting user license cleanup activities for internal and external users.
  • Supporting availability of Munich Re NATHAN services in APIM and coordinating with vendors.
  • Monitoring external government/free API services and coordinating with application owners.
  • Publishing monthly management reporting.
