Your Role
The Global Sales Account Director, M&E is responsible for developing, managing and growing Hyatt's strategic relationships with Meetings & Events intermediary partners across the EAME region. This includes global and regional event agencies, venue-finding agencies, professional conference organisers, incentive houses and other key third-party meeting specialists.
Working within Hyatt's Intermediaries segment, the role drives meetings, events and group revenue through strategic account management, partner engagement and the execution of account plans. The role collaborates with Hyatt's global sales organisation, regional offices and hotel teams to generate business opportunities, strengthen partnerships and maximise commercial performance across all Hyatt brands.

Reporting to the Director, Intermediaries – EAME, this position plays a key role in expanding Hyatt's market share, delivering revenue growth and enhancing Hyatt's position as a preferred partner within the global M&E intermediary market.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic global and regional Meetings & Events intermediary accounts across EAME, developing and executing account plans aligned with Hyatt's commercial objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key agency partners, meeting planners and decision-makers to drive revenue, market share and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new meetings, events and group business opportunities while supporting the activation of global agreements and Hyatt M&E programmes.
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Regional Offices, hotels and cross-functional teams to maximise lead generation, conversion and commercial performance.
- Monitor account performance, industry trends and market insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Represent Hyatt at industry events and position the company as a preferred partner within the Meetings & Events intermediary market.
- Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on M&E intermediary partnerships, sourcing trends and account development.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in hospitality global sales, meetings & events, group sales or intermediary account management.
- Strong knowledge of the M&E intermediary sector, including event agencies, venue-finding agencies, professional conference organisers and incentive houses.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and partnerships across multiple hotels, brands or regions.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively within a global matrix organisation.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
