Each property is a landmark, combining local culture and architectural grandeur in exceptional locations, from Rome to Edinburgh and Sicily to Munich. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for our guests, defined by genuine warmth, refined elegance, and a deep connection to each hotel’s local culture.

The Role

As Global Sales Co-ordinator you will join the Global Sales team at the Head Office of Rocco Forte Hotels in Central London, reporting to the Regional Director of Global Sales. As a key member of the team your main responsibilities will be to provide organisation and support to the company’s global sales team in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

The successful candidate will coordinate a wide range of sales activities, including sales trips, trade shows, client events and showcases. They will support the planning and delivery of these initiatives and represent the team at events where appropriate, helping to strengthen client relationships and promote the business.

The role will involve organising educational trips and events, including the production of invitations, venue sourcing and booking, guest list management, liaison with hotels, and the coordination of travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

A key responsibility will be maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Opera and RF CRM systems, ensuring records are kept up to date and supporting the production of monthly reports and performance insights. In addition, the postholder will manage conference, events and entertainment pipeline tracking reports, ensuring information is current and readily available.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
