Following our recent Series A investment, we are entering an exciting phase of growth across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-driven Global Sales Director to build and scale our global sales function, initially across the UK and USA, with a clear roadmap for international expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the President of Technology, you will own the global commercial strategy, build a high-performing international sales organisation and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Working in close partnership with the Head of Customer Success, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition through implementation, adoption, expansion and long-term retention.
This is a rare opportunity to build a global sales engine within a fast-growing technology business where you will have genuine influence over go-to-market strategy, market expansion, commercial performance and future team growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
