At Materialise Software, we believe that better manufacturing starts with smarter, more connected workflows. If you’re passionate about helping companies make additive manufacturing more efficient, scalable, and reliable, you’ll love being a part of this team. Through the software we develop, organizations are managing the entire additive manufacturing process more efficiently and achieving the highest 3D printing standards.

Global Software Sales Director

As part of our continued growth and commercial evolution, we are looking for a Global Software Sales Director to lead the sales organization of our Software Business Unit.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially strong and thoughtful leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on understanding of how to build customer value, develop teams, and drive sustainable growth. You will lead our global commercial organization with a focus on strategic account development, growth within existing customers, and the ongoing evolution toward cloud and platform sales.

In this role, you will help shape the next phase of our software business by strengthening commercial excellence across regions, deepening executive-level customer relationships, and aligning sales efforts closely with marketing, product management, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit
  • Drive growth across strategic and existing customer accounts
  • Lead the transition toward platform, hybrid, and native cloud-oriented sales models
  • Build strong customer relationships at executive level
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales, sales engineering, and sales operations teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on go-to-market execution, demand generation, and account-based approaches
  • Partner with Product Management and Partnerships to bring customer and market insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Ensure strong sales discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
