ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mission
As the Global Sales Director, TMC, Consortia & Extended Stay, you own two equally strategic pillars of Numa's global commercial growth: managing Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Consortia as key global accounts, while also driving Numa's Extended Stay strategy and relationships into the corporate housing and relocation market.
Your mission is to build and scale a high-growth intermediary channel strategy with a global account management approach - deep relationships, complex negotiations, strategic distribution optimization, and a long-term view of the account. This role is pivotal to the Numa Sales organisation acting as a central coordination across sales, revenue, distribution, and reservation teams.
You are the architect of both agendas: securing and growing Numa's standing with top-tier TMCs and Consortia as a preferred accommodation partner, while independently driving Extended Stay as a core revenue segment liaising with key corporate serviced accommodation providers and relocation management companies, unlocking new demand. Note: Please submit all CVs in English.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
