The Global Sales Performance Partner, Seller Workflow Delivery

The Global Sales Performance Partner, Seller Workflow Delivery supports the Seller Workflow & Experience Enablement function by owning the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects and workstreams while developing a practical point of view on patterns, friction, and recommended next steps. Working under the day-to-day direction of the Global Sales Performance Lead, the Partner turns agreed portfolio priorities into coordinated execution through practical planning, lightweight tracking, stakeholder communication, tool enablement and adoption support, and impact follow-through.

The three Partner positions share this job description. Specific assignments will flex based on portfolio priorities, business need, and capacity. A Partner may support initiatives involving technologies such as Gong, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other commercial platforms, but the role remains focused on delivering the underlying seller workflow and business outcome rather than owning an individual tool.

Working across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, Embedded Innovation, Global Business Systems, Data & AI, Business Units, and vendor partners, the Partner keeps assigned work moving, ensures decisions and next steps are clear, raises risks early, brings practical recommendations where possible, and provides the Lead with accurate, concise visibility. The role requires strong execution and judgment but is not accountable for sales technology strategy, portfolio prioritization, enterprise governance, metric definition, workflow design, technical delivery, or local field adoption.

Role Boundaries & Key Partnerships

  • Global Sales Performance Lead: Owns sales technology strategy, portfolio priorities, seller process maturity direction, the global tool-enablement approach, and the Scale the Commercial System forums. The Lead assigns work, sets expectations, reviews outputs, and resolves priority or capacity conflicts.
  • Data & AI: Owns commercial data foundations and governance, common metrics and definitions, tool rationalization, the ROI framework, and measurement of success. The Partner uses the established scorecard and methods and provides project inputs and business context; the Partner does not create separate measurement frameworks.
  • Embedded Innovation: Owns workflow discovery and experience design. The Partner supports coordination, documentation, stakeholder input, and implementation follow-through for assigned work.
  • Global Business Systems: Owns platform governance, technical delivery, and sequencing. The Partner coordinates business requirements, decisions, dependencies, communications, enablement, and follow-through around that delivery.
  • Business Units: Own local readiness, field adoption, and realized business value. The Partner supports Business Unit execution, confirms named ownership, gathers feedback, and escalates gaps or risks to the Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Assigned Workstream Delivery & Follow-Through

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects and workstreams from kickoff through completion, within the priorities and direction established by the Global Sales Performance Lead.
  • Translate the agreed objective into a practical plan with clear scope, deliverables, owners, next steps, timing, dependencies, decision needs, and intended business result.
  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, partner functions, technology teams, and vendors; facilitate working sessions and follow through on commitments.
  • Identify and raise blockers, risks, capacity constraints, scope changes, recurring friction, and unresolved decisions early, with a practical recommendation where possible.
  • Manage a focused set of priority projects and work with the Lead to rebalance assignments when complexity, timing, or capacity changes.
  • Close work only when the intended outcome has been delivered, stakeholders have been informed, and impact or attribution has been reviewed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Lightweight Project Tracking & Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain the team's lightweight project record for assigned work, including the owner, objective, current status, next step and date, dependencies, risks, and intended business result.
  • Keep project information current for the weekly FLOW review and provide concise, reliable inputs for Business Unit mandate forums and other leadership updates.
  • Document decisions, action items, owners, and due dates and actively follow through until they are resolved or escalated.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring stakeholders understand progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and asks.
  • Adapt the level and format of communication to the audience while maintaining a consistent source of truth for the work.

Tool Enablement & Adoption Support

  • Execute the global enablement approach established by the Lead for assigned sales tool launches, releases, and process changes.
  • Develop and coordinate reusable communications, learning materials, job aids, FAQs, manager reinforcement, support documentation, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner with Business Units to adapt global materials, confirm readiness and named ownership, and support local execution while Business Units retain accountability for field adoption.
  • Gather seller and stakeholder feedback, identify adoption barriers, and coordinate agreed remediation, additional enablement, or optimization activity.
  • Build reusable knowledge and clear support paths that reduce dependence on one-off live support and make information easier to find.

Seller Workflow & Process Improvement

  • Develop practical knowledge of the seller workflows, processes, tools, and stakeholder needs affected by assigned projects.
  • Document current and future processes, decisions, ownership, standards, handoffs, and support models under the direction of the Lead and with the accountable design and technology teams.
  • Identify patterns of friction, duplication, inconsistent practices, unclear ownership, and opportunities for simplification or reuse, and bring a clear point of view and recommendations to the Lead.
  • Support pilots, process changes, and optimization efforts through coordination, documentation, communications, enablement, and follow-through.
  • Help ensure tool and process changes are understood within the end-to-end seller experience rather than treated as isolated feature deployments.

Impact Follow-Through & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure each assigned project has a defined business result, adoption approach, Business Unit owner, and review date.
  • Use the common metrics, definitions, scorecards, and ROI methods established by Data & AI; gather required inputs and provide business context rather than developing separate dashboards or measures.
  • Review adoption, utilization, seller feedback, and available outcome evidence with the Lead and relevant partners; flag gaps and coordinate agreed corrective actions.
  • Summarize results, lessons learned, unresolved issues, and recommended next steps at the end of a project or major phase.
  • Contribute reusable templates, documentation, knowledge, and delivery practices that improve the maturity and consistency of the Seller Workflow & Experience Enablement function.
