Imperial Brands are currently recruiting for a highly organised and commercially minded Global Sales Programme Manager, to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of our Global Sales Excellence agenda. Working across a Global FMCG organisation, you'll act as the operational expert of the Sales Excellence function, enabling effective governance, programme delivery, stakeholder alignment and organisational change
You will lead the planning, governance, deployment and operational delivery of a global Sales Excellence transformation programme, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to drive adoption, performance and business change
This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, regional Sales Excellence teams and cross-functional stakeholders worldwide. You will lead programme governance, coordinate global deployment initiatives, drive adoption of Sales Excellence capabilities and create compelling executive-level communications that support decision making.

Principle Accountabilities
- Lead the governance and operational management of the Global Sales Excellence programme, ensuring projects, milestones, risks and actions are effectively tracked and delivered.
- Coordinate the global deployment of SalesEDGE, working with regional teams to drive implementation, adoption and alignment to global standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, IT, Finance and other functions to ensure effective collaboration, decision-making and programme delivery
- Develop executive-level reporting, presentations and strategic communications, translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
- Manage programme performance, scorecards and budgets, providing regular reporting on progress, KPIs, resource allocation and business outcomes.
- Own the management and continuous improvement of Sales Excellence content, tools and collaboration platforms, ensuring teams have access to accurate, current and relevant information.

Skills and Experience Required
- Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods or another highly regulated industry.
- Exposure to Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or business transformation programmes.
- Proven programme or project management experience, change management or business transformation; with a track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering results across multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively within a global matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, executive-level reports, presentations and recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, using data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends and drive operational improvements
