We're looking for a Global Sales Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our global sales capability strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional who loves sales, storytelling, coaching, and performance improvement.

About The Role

As our Global Sales Training Manager, you'll be responsible for building a best-in-class sales development ecosystem across Les Mills' global markets.

You'll partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and regional teams to create scalable learning programs that elevate commercial capability, improve sales performance, and strengthen customer conversations.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One day you'll be designing learning pathways and enablement frameworks; the next you'll be facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and measuring the impact of training on business results.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring our sales teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Build World-Class Sales Capability

  • Lead the development and continuous evolution of Les Mills' global sales capability framework.
  • Define capability standards across different sales roles and career stages.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align development priorities with strategic business goals.
  • Create consistency in sales methodologies, behaviors, and best practices across global markets.

Design Exceptional Learning Experiences

  • Build engaging onboarding and ongoing development programs.
  • Create blended learning pathways that combine:
  • Develop training experiences that bring our products, customers, and market opportunities to life.

Facilitate and Inspire

  • Deliver impactful training experiences to global audiences.
  • Coach regional teams and enablement partners to ensure consistent delivery.

Create Enablement Content That Drives Results

  • Transform complex information into simple, actionable sales guidance.
  • Develop sales playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, case studies, and customer stories.
  • Ensure enablement resources are practical, accessible, and widely adopted.

Measure Impact

  • Establish meaningful success metrics for training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate learning adoption, capability growth, and behavioral change.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and learning experiences.
  • Demonstrate how enablement contributes to pipeline quality, conversion, and business growth.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales teams demonstrate stronger capability, confidence, and consistency.
  • Training programs drive measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes.
  • Learning pathways are embraced across markets and become part of everyday sales excellence.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines learning expertise with commercial acumen. You may have experience in sales enablement, commercial training, learning & development, capability building, or sales excellence.

You'll Bring

  • Proven experience designing and delivering sales enablement or capability programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and modern learning design.
  • Strong understanding of consultative or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating engaging learning experiences across virtual and in-person environments.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple regions, markets, or global teams.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
  • A passion for helping people grow and succeed.
