The Global SAP CoE leads deal shaping, presales and go-to-market activities for large business transformation programs across Europe and globally, including the Americas and APAC. The core team brings together industry, business and solution experts, program managers and enterprise architects driving the rapid expansion of our SAP business around SAP S/4HANA, AI-enabled transformation, RISE and next-generation enterprise platforms.
With more than 3,000 SAP S/4HANA projects delivered globally across major industries, a differentiated value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, and a broad set of business, AI and IT capabilities, Capgemini offers the opportunity to work on some of the most ambitious SAP S/4HANA programs in the market. Given its strategic contribution to Capgemini's SAP business globally, the Global SAP CoE has a highly visible profile internally and externally and is recognized as a critical driver of Capgemini's growth and success.
As a Global SAP CoE team member with a Life Sciences focus, working in close partnership with the Global SAP CoE Life Sciences leadership, you will play a key role in the early shaping, ERP advisory, solutioning and delivery of SAP transformation programs, leveraging our flexible, GenAI-powered end-to-end transformation platform. You will help clients define and scale GenAI-enabled transformation opportunities across business processes, data, integration, testing, documentation, knowledge management, change adoption and program delivery, and contribute to building industry-specific GenAI use cases, value cases and adoption roadmaps.
Your field of play will be primarily Europe, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry. The role combines remote working with physical presence at client sites or events when required
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Helping clients transform their businesses through SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled innovation while contributing to the growth of Capgemini's SAP Life Sciences business. As a Principal Advisor, you will operate at the intersection of strategic advisory, business development, deal shaping and transformation delivery.
Working alongside the Global SAP Life Sciences leadership team, you will help drive the development of Capgemini's SAP Life Sciences business while supporting clients on their most critical transformation initiatives.

Shape strategic transformation opportunities Global SAP CoE - Life Sciences Principal Advisor & Growth Lead – UK Base
- Lead or support the shaping of large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the Life Sciences industry.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to define transformation ambitions, target operating models and business value objectives.
- Develop executive-level transformation narratives, value cases and roadmap recommendations.
Contribute to SAP Life Sciences growth
- Support the execution of Capgemini's SAP Life Sciences strategy across Europe.
- Contribute to industry go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership and business development activities.
- Collaborate with account teams to identify, qualify and shape strategic opportunities.
Accelerate AI-enabled transformation
- Help clients identify and prioritize AI and GenAI opportunities across business processes, data, analytics and SAP delivery.
- Develop industry-specific AI use cases, value propositions and transformation accelerators.
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into SAP transformation roadmaps and business value realization plans.
Mobilize the Global SAP ecosystem
- Coordinate experts across the Global SAP CoE, regional teams and strategic partners.
- Support collaboration with SAP and broader ecosystem partners.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, accelerators and industry offerings.
Support strategic transformation delivery
- Provide advisory support to large SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Challenge transformation approaches, governance models and value realization strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership teams.
Your skills and experience
Experience in SAP-enabled business transformation.
Significant experience working with global Life Sciences organizations.
Proven track record supporting large-scale SAP programs, ideally involving international teams of 100+ professionals.
Experience across transformation advisory, solutioning, presales or program leadership.
Strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes and industry challenges.
Knowledge of regulated environments, quality and compliance considerations.
Ability to connect business objectives with technology-enabled transformation outcomes.
