About The Role

The Global Schedule Manager owns time across the Volta fleet. You will set the planning standards every project follows, hold the integrated master schedule that connects them, and make sure leadership always knows where the programme really stands.

Working with the project controls leads on each site, you will drive consistent, honest scheduling — built for a delivery model designed around repeatability and speed.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own planning and scheduling standards across all Volta projects
  • Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across the fleet
  • Govern schedule baselines, progress measurement and change across projects
  • Run schedule risk analysis and drive mitigation with project teams
  • Interrogate contractor schedules and hold them to standard
  • Report portfolio schedule performance to leadership with clarity
  • Coach project controls leads on planning practice
  • Feed schedule intelligence into front-end planning for new projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
