PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Global Senior Agency Partnership Manager will be responsible for owning Avolta's strategic relationships with the media agencies and holding companies that shape where advertising investment flows. This role will embed Avolta within agency investment frameworks, negotiating holdco-level commitments, and making Avolta the default travel-media partner across your territory.

The position holder reports to the Global Head of Agency Partnerships and is based at our office in Bedfont Lakes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow Avolta's strategic relationships with media agencies and holding companies (GroupM/WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, dentsu, Havas, and key independents) across your territory.
  • Embed Avolta within agency investment and planning frameworks, securing a place in upfront and annual commitments.
  • Negotiate and steward holdco-level trading agreements and joint business plans.
  • Build a structured agency engagement strategy — education, credentials, and inclusion in planning cycles — that drives durable, committed revenue.
  • Own and grow an agency-attributed revenue and commitment mandate.
  • Align with Brand Partnerships on advertisers covered direct vs. through their agencies, and with delivery teams to protect agency confidence.
  • Represent Avolta credibly at senior levels across the agency and holdco ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
