About the Role

At Medik8, we are transforming the beauty industry with science-backed technology and high-performance clinical skincare. As we continue to build our global presence, we are looking for a strategic and creative Global Senior Brand Manager to lead our multi-channel core brand strategy and reinforce our positioning as the trusted clinical skincare authority.

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will drive consumer engagement, brand equity, and emotional connection through powerful brand and product storytelling across all sales channels. You will take ownership of defining and activating our scientific voice, managing essential packaging and product upgrade initiatives, and safeguarding brand guidelines globally to ensure consistent presentation across every touchpoint.

In more detail, your role will include:

  • Core Brand Storytelling: Lead global multi-channel core brand strategies that drive brand consideration, championing scientific storytelling across key brand pillars (including scientific voice, R&D storytelling, Results without Compromise, CSA, and Medik8 Made).
  • Product Content & Portfolio Enhancement: Act as the lead for Existing Product Development (EPD) content updates, collaborating with R&D to systematically refresh product claims and clinical trial messaging so core SKUs remain beacons of brand authority.
  • Brand Protection & Governance: Oversee global brand presentation, tone of voice, onboarding materials, and brand guidelines, equipping teams with the tools, templates, and forums needed to ensure consistent global execution.
  • Specialised Channel Initiatives: Oversee employer brand communications, ESG messaging, visual merchandising guidelines, and the development of a global roster of GWPs and branded merchandise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of Global Marketing, Head of Communications, Head of Creative, and Head of Product to streamline workflows, optimise product portfolios, and ensure an exceptional customer journey across packaging and touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership & Empowerment: Line manage and coach team members, providing clear focus, defining responsibilities, and fostering an energetic, inclusive environment where talent thrives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
