PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Global Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will own Avolta's most important brand-advertiser relationships and shape how the world's leading brands invest in travel as a media channel. This role will be responsible for building durable, multi-year partnerships at the most senior levels of the brand and act as the commercial architect, carrying a significant revenue and partnership-value mandate.

The position holder reports to the Senior VP of Advertising and Commercialization and is based at our office in Bedfont Lakes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow Avolta's strategic relationships with priority brand advertisers, positioning travel media at the center of their marketing and commerce agenda.
  • Set the account strategy and multi-year growth roadmap for your portfolio, and build the senior relationships — across marketing, media, and commerce leadership — that underpin it.
  • Co-create multi-year joint business plans that turn one-off campaigns into always-on, strategic partnerships.
  • Shape Avolta's proposition, packaging, and pricing by bringing category and market intelligence back from the front line.
  • Carry and grow a revenue and partnership-value mandate for your portfolio.
  • Work with Advertising Solutions and delivery teams to convert strategy into outcomes that compound into renewal and growth.
  • Represent Avolta Advertising credibly at senior levels across the brand and travel-media ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
