Job Title: Global Communications, Senior Coordinator

Department: Communications

Reporting to: Senior Communications Manager

Location: London

Role Purpose:

  • To act as the central coordinator for the global PR agency working across four key European markets (France, Italy, Spain, Germany), ensuring clear communications, efficient processes, and consistent delivery against global communications priorities.
  • To support the development and implementation of the communications strategy in Northern Europe, including press outreach, sample trafficking and monitoring results.
  • To support the smooth day-to-day running of the global press office, including budget management, and sample and asset coordination.
  • To increase awareness of and engagement with Jimmy Choo through public relations activity.
  • To support the wider business objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Agency Management

  • Act as the key day-to-day contact for the global PR agency working across the four key European markets.
  • Provide agencies with the necessary press materials and PR tools to support execution, ensuring all communication materials are up to date and brand aligned.
  • Support with community and press event coordination in key European territories.
  • Ensure agencies are fully informed on brand strategy, seasonal priorities and upcoming launches, enabling them to deliver best-in-class results.
  • Maintain regular alignment with agencies, ensuring clarity on objectives, timing and expectations across all markets.
  • Monitor agency deliverables and delivery of strong results in luxury fashion media.
  • Manage PR agency reporting, collating coverage and performance updates.

Press & Media Relations

  • Work alongside the Senior Communications Manager to develop and implement the Communications strategy in Northern Europe.
  • Secure coverage in top-tier print, online and social publications for seasonal collections, capsules and campaign launches.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key media across Northern Europe.
  • Monitor Northern European press results, sharing coverage, analysing results and monitoring competitor activity in the region.

Global Press Office Support

  • Support the day-to-day running of the global press office.
  • Work alongside the Global Communications Assistant to manage the global sample and gifting budget as well as support tracking global press office spend.
  • Work alongside the Global Communications Assistant in the seamless coordination of sample management across all markets and internal departments.
  • Maintain key press office tools, trackers and calendars to ensure visibility and organisation.
  • Support the coordination of global communications moments and events.
  • Oversee regular reporting to track PR performance across all global markets, as well as analysing data and insights to showcase ROI and optimise PR strategies.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years’ experience in PR, in house or agency.
  • University education or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency using fashion GPS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • European languages beneficial.
  • Experience working with international markets beneficial.
  • Experience working with PR agencies beneficial.
