The Opportunity

Join EY's market-leading Financial Services Immigration team as a Global Senior Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-profile global mobility and immigration programmes for some of the world’s most recognised financial institutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll work at the heart of global talent mobility, partnering with clients, EY teams across the world, and senior stakeholders to coordinate seamless cross-border immigration solutions that enable businesses and their people to move, grow, and succeed globally.

As a trusted advisor and programme lead, you'll have the chance to drive operational excellence, influence strategic mobility initiatives, and help shape the future of service delivery for some of EY's most significant Financial Services clients.

What You'll Be Doing

In this highly visible role, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of global immigration and mobility programmes for multinational organisations, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-country projects across a global network of EY member firms, bringing together teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and strategic partner while managing expectations and providing proactive solutions.
  • Drive programme governance, reporting, and performance management across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams.
  • Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure consistent, compliant service delivery on a global scale.
  • Use data, insights, and reporting to support informed decision-making and programme success.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen delivery models, and elevate the client experience.
  • Support engagement management activities, including budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and commercial oversight.
  • Contribute to innovation, knowledge sharing, and the development of best practices that help shape the future of EY's mobility offering.

What Makes You Successful

You're someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering results in a dynamic and international environment. You're highly organised, commercially aware, and confident working with senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing global immigration, mobility, or professional services programmes within a client-focused environment.
  • Strong project management and programme coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior client contacts and global teams.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience producing meaningful management information and programme insights.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of engagement management and service delivery operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
