We are offering an exciting position to join the Rimmel Global Marketing team!
This is a great time to make an impact turbocharging our Global influencer and advocacy strategy, developing disruptive global campaigns and activations, driving KPIs and managing our global influencer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global Senior Influencer Manager, you are responsible for focusing on driving awareness and consideration of the Rimmel brand through influencer-led campaigns, globally.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about the value of influence, has deep knowledge of the influencer space, tools, risks and opportunities to create enviably effective campaigns. Campaigns that drive conversation, that talent wants to be a part of, and that the team can be proud of.
Your main focus will be to:
- Build a global influencer strategy and approach guiding on the most effective tools to identity, recruit, execute and measure influencer marketing success
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values
- Manage and grow our Global influencer relationships with a focus on our Creator Crew
- Develop creative influencer and digital ideas across multiple markets, cultures and social platforms as part of an effective and always-on content strategy
- Apply critical thinking to influencer campaign support plans to ensure content is connected to broader marketing plans and is focused on the right metrics to help us achieve our goals
- Collaboration with the local teams to ensure all content resonates in the markets and is utilized
- Brand reputation and issues management related to influencer outputs and broader social media impact
- Senior counsel and expertise on the latest influencer marketing news, approaches, trends, tools and approaches
- Oversight and management of paid social influencer related products and tools (Traackr, Sprinklr, etc.) across all major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap), including objective setting and performance projections
- Management of talent negotiations, required suppliers, contracts, payment and deliverables
- Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits
- Provide regular reports on brand/campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI

The team consists of the Director of Advocacy Influencer and PR, Senior PR Manager, Assistant Advocacy Manager and Team Assistants. You will work closely together with several cross functions such as Product Innovation, Digital & Media, Commercial Planning and Corporate Comms.

As a Global Senior Influencer Manager you will be accustomed to work cross-functionally, with a lot of internal and external partners and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

- 6 - 8+ years Influencer marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty/luxury experience strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills required
- Seasoned experience in developing influencer marketing strategies that consider platform roles, tiers of influence and how different strategies achieve different goals
- Ability to form strong talent and talent agency relationships
- Must have excellent understanding of digital/Influencer projects development life cycle
- Skilled in written/verbal and delivering presentations
- Current on emerging trends and technologies and passionate about the digitally/Influencer driven consumer decision journey
