Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way.
Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.
Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-fueled crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.
DO GOOD. Work for Movember.
Your Mo-Mission (should You Choose To Accept It)
Fancy putting your legal brain to work on something bigger than the bottom line?
You’ll still tackle complex, high-quality commercial work, but here, every contract negotiated and every problem solved helps Movember change the face of men’s health.
As our Global Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll take primary responsibility for legal support across the UK and Ireland, while contributing to matters across Movember’s global operations. You’ll join a collaborative Global Legal Team, initially working closely with our Managing Legal Counsel before taking real ownership of these key markets.
Commercial Contracting
Commercial contracting will be at the heart of the role. You’ll draft, review and negotiate partnership, funding, services and intellectual property agreements supporting Movember’s fundraising, revenue-generating, research and program activities.
You’ll Also
- Advise on UK and EU privacy, data protection, intellectual property and regulatory matters.
- Partner with senior leaders, country teams and finance colleagues across the UK, Ireland and globally.
- Turn legal risk into practical options that help the organisation move forward.
- Strengthen legal templates, processes and ways of working.
- Support other global matters where capacity allows.
This is not a role where you’ll simply keep the legal wheels turning. It is a genuine opportunity to take ownership, make a visible impact and put your stamp on the processes, tools and ways of working that support two key Movember markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
