Global Service Manager | Leading audio brand
Salary - £70K – 90K + 10% bonus
Worthing, UK – 3 days per week in office
Permanent, full-time
Talantedge Technology is partnering with an established leader in audio electronics and connected technologies. Having worked with household names from across the audio industry they are now looking for an experienced Global Service Manager.

About The Role
The Manager of Service Operations will be responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of global service and spares operations across a multi-brand portfolio. You will be tasked with driving the design, standardisation and optimisation of end-to-end processes, systems and operating models.
Key responsibilities of the role consist of the oversight of a global network, spares strategy and execution and reverse logistics in aim of ensuring readiness for future growth.
Working closely with global brand teams, customer service, quality, engineering and regional organisations, the Global Service Manager aligns current operations whilst shaping the future state of service delivery to achieve strong customer outcomes and provide lifecycle value.

What you will need to be successful
- Strong experience in global service operations leadership with a proven ability to drive operational excellence.
- Proven success in leading leaders as well as building and developing high performance, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong expertise in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations including demand planning, stock optimisation, reverse logistics, and working capital control.
- Proven experience in leading transformation and change management initiatives.
- Capable of operating effectively in a global, matrixed organisation to drive alignment across regions, functions and stakeholders.
- Possess a data-driven mindset and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with either audio, consumer electronics or hardware.

- Experience with data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., supply chain, operations, Lean/Six Sigma).

- Willing to travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally.
- This role is 60% hybrid and optional 40% remote in line with company policy.
- Successfully complete both a background and reference check.
