Join Warmup as we work to become the world’s most trusted, innovative and accessible radiant heating and cooling brand. Through world-class research, product innovation and exceptional service, we are accelerating the adoption of intelligent, energy-efficient solutions that deliver comfort while helping to reduce CO₂ emissions.
About Warmup

Role Overview
Are you a social-first strategist who can turn organic and paid activity into measurable results? Warmup is looking for a Global Social Media Manager to lead our global social strategy and create and deliver content across key channels. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will own the social media function while working closely with our creative, content, SEO and digital specialists.
This is far more than a content-posting role. You will shape a consistent global brand narrative, manage social platforms, grow engaged communities and convert paid social investment into measurable demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth and storytelling: Develop and deliver a dynamic, video-first content strategy and calendar for the UK and seven international markets. Balance product launches and campaigns with useful, inspiring lifestyle content that builds sustained reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Own paid social performance: Take full ownership of the paid social budget and funnel. Test creative, formats, audiences and targeting; reallocate spend within agreed budgets; and optimise activity to maximise ROI and generate qualified quote enquiries. Work with the digital team to improve the click-to-quote journey.
- Build high-impact partnerships: Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with installers, interior designers and resellers, creating an ongoing library of high-quality, reusable video and photography for paid and organic channels.
- Grow and engage our community: Be an active social seller within the trade community. Monitor industry conversations and competitor activity, engage prospective installers and nurture high-quality opportunities before handing them to the sales team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
