Global Social Media Manager
A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Global Social Media Manager to join its growing communications team. Operating across multiple international markets, the firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong brand presence, and commitment to delivering impactful digital engagement strategies.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading global social media activity, driving audience engagement, and developing digital communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support wider business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm's digital communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the firm's global social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Manage content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across key social channels.
- Develop both organic and paid social media campaigns to support business and brand objectives.
- Advise stakeholders on social media best practice and digital communications opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and news to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Analyse channel performance and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage agency relationships and oversee the delivery of external social media campaigns.
- Drive employee advocacy programmes and initiatives to enhance engagement and brand reach.

Key Requirements
- Significant experience in social media, digital communications, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other key social platforms, including paid social campaigns.
- Experience creating compelling content and managing editorial calendars.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign and channel performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working within a professional service, legal, financial services, or B2B environment is required.
