Global Software Procurement Leader – Technology | Remote UK with Global Travel | Up to £120,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
I’m recruiting for a Global Software Procurement Leader to join a major international organisation in a genuinely global role, taking ownership of complex Software and SaaS procurement across multiple regions and markets.
This is a senior, high-profile opportunity for someone with deep Software procurement experience who wants to operate on a truly global scale. You’ll work across international business units, manage major global technology suppliers and partner with senior Technology and C-suite stakeholders across multiple geographies.
You’ll take a leading role in developing and delivering global Software and SaaS category strategy, leading major international sourcing programmes and negotiating complex, high-value global agreements. This is not simply a UK role with some international exposure – you’ll be working across a genuinely global stakeholder and supplier landscape.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery. They need someone who can set the direction for the category while still being comfortable leading major negotiations, challenging suppliers and getting into the detail on complex technology agreements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
