About The Role

Our projects are more than just your opportunity to make your mark. They’re an opportunity to stretch, test and develop your expertise. Join Balfour Beatty as a Global Source to Pay Process Owner, and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

Own the global Source-to-Pay process framework, acting as the strategic architect and guardian of end-to-end process design, documentation, performance and governance. The role balances compliance with user experience, supports selection and deployment of the global S2P technology stack, and drives improvement across a diverse global business.

What you'll be doing

  • Own, document and maintain the global Golden Map for S2P processes, including sourcing, supplier registration, contract management and requisition-to-PO activity.
  • Drive a unified global process model while accommodating relevant local legal and tax requirements.
  • Lead and manage teams supporting Procurement Analysts and data/reporting performance.
  • Lead evaluation, RFP process and selection of S2P software solutions.
  • Serve as functional lead for S2P technology deployments, aligning configuration with defined process requirements.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external audits, embedding relevant controls directly into the workflow.
  • Monitor process health to identify fraud risks, duplicate payment patterns and non-compliant spend.
  • Design and monitor an Internal Control Framework across the S2P ecosystem.
  • Define and monitor critical success metrics, including adoption, approval cycle times, contract compliance, spend leakage and discount capture.
  • Develop global end-user training and change communications to support adoption across different user personas.
  • Use voice-of-the-customer input and user experience feedback to improve the S2P process for business users.
  • Manage procurement relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to wider procurement communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
