Global Sourcing & Procurement Lead
We’re looking for a Global Sourcing & Procurement Lead to join our global Mars account – a high-impact role with real ownership and visibility.
You’ll lead procurement strategy across multiple countries, working closely with both Sodexo and client stakeholders to deliver value, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive performance.
This is not a traditional procurement role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how procurement works on the account – with the autonomy to challenge, improve, and introduce new ways of working.

- Leading procurement strategy across a global, multi-country portfolio
- Delivering tangible value (cost, service quality, efficiency, risk management)

- Influencing challenging senior stakeholders across Sodexo and the client
- Using data and insight to guide decisions and identify opportunities

The Ideal Candidate
- Solid experience in procurement within a global or complex environment
- Strong stakeholder skills – confident influencing without direct authority
- Commercial mindset with a focus on overall value, not just cost
- Comfortable working across regions, cultures, and teams
- Curious and open to new approaches, including digital tools, data, and AI
