The Role

The Spread Products (SP) production management group provides direct support to a diverse set of trading desk all trading under the “SP” banner with a focus on the ITIL support procedures and protocols. Your responsibilities will be aligned to supporting all the tools that the front office business & traders needs to facilitate its franchise within Citi, providing exposure to the entire breadth of the SP Technology. We are the first line of technical defence, we work closely with our partners in our SP business including Sales, Trading, Operations, and Risk & Controls to ensure stable platforms which enable us to be the best for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Trade floor: Primarily based on the trade floor facing off to business users daily.
  • eTrading Applications Support: Supporting Spread Products eTrading platform.
  • Global Follow-the-Sun Coverage: Part of a global follow-the-sun team ensuring overnight risk batches complete successfully and within SLAs.
  • Downstream Feed Investigation: Investigate issues raised by downstream partners on feeds delivered to them, improving data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Development Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house dev teams, escalating issues where needed.
  • Incident & Task Management: Track incidents in ServiceNow; own the stability book of work in Jira.
  • Observability & Controls: Improve monitoring, observability, and controls for our stack.
  • Resiliency & Accountability: Improve resiliency and recoverability for our stack, holding our dev team accountable.

Key skills and Experience Required

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
