What You'll Do
As a Senior Coordinator in the Global Strategic Campaigns team at BCG, you will support the day-to-day orchestration of key workstreams and projects within global flagship campaigns. This role requires expertise in at least one of the marketing channels with cross-functional collaboration to bring integrated campaigns to life. Project management is a baseline skill, and applying AI skills on a practitioner level is expected.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Integrated marketing planning – You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping projects on track.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder management – You are a natural connector, working effectively across teams and geographies.
- Marketing & Communications – You have a broad understanding of marketing channels and actively work to deepen your expertise.
- Shaping a narrative – You know how to bring ideas to life through engaging messaging and content.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – You stay composed and solution-focused, even in evolving situations.
- Clear & Engaging Communication – You can convey ideas concisely, whether in writing, presentations, or stakeholder discussions.
What You'll Bring
- 4-5 yrs+ experience in Marketing & Communications, with a focus in B2B campaign management
- A strong interest in B2B Marketing and Communications, with understanding of marketing channels and marketing metrics – qualifications a plus
- Proven track record of driving performance and outcomes on a specific digital channel (e.g., digital media, social media, email, SEO, LLMs)
- Proficiency in PPT, Excel and digital collaboration tools for project tracking and reporting
- Strong interest & desire to deepen expertise and immerse yourself in the campaign topic
- Ability to adapt showing proactivity in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment

You will work closely with Marketing & Communications Channel teams, Creative & Content experts, the Marketing Insights team, and Senior Leaders to drive the success of the campaign
